The Highlands County Builders Association is the local home builders association for Highlands County Florida, including the municipalities of Sebring, Avon Park, and Lake Placid..

The goal of this association is to enhance the climate for housing and the building industry, and to promote policies that will keep housing a national, state and local priority. Chief among HCBA's goals is providing and expanding opportunities for all consumers to have safe, decent and affordable housing.
